Hello and welcome to Nushrat Yoga. My name is Nushrat and I conduct chair-based yoga sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Each yoga session comprises of yoga mudra, pramayama yoga sounds, chanting and asanas. Furthermore, I offer a complete wellbeing yoga session incorporating laughter yoga, face yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and relaxation.
Please join me for an energizing, invigorating, relaxing yoga session, and you will definitely notice a difference in your physical, mental and emotional levels.

About Me
I trained as a school teacher in India and I have been practising yoga for 25 years.
I am also a trained beauty therapist for the last 25 years, with a diploma in beauty treatments, ITEC qualified electrolysis and a diploma in reflexology.
My passion has always been yoga and teaching. I also attend regular workshops in India and I also have an accredited yoga teacher trainging diploma.
